I must admit, I haven't been out running myself in about 8 days. I think after my race I had some "post race blues" and haven't been able to get myself out the door. You've worked too hard to let it slip now. That's kind of what happened to me during the summer. I got so busy and was gone so much that I really didn't exercise much. So I have been catching up now, and feel much better. And I've even lost a few pounds. But it's a battle. I know you'll get yourself going again. Having a new baby kinda throws everybody off.
