#1: Lose 120 lbs. by Jan. 1, 2010

#2: Do 100 consecutive push ups by July 28, 2008 September 30, 2008

#3: Finish the Couch to 5k program by August 16th and run a 5k on August 30th

#4: Make healthier choices with food, use portion control, and eat the right amount of calories my body needs per day

    great goals…
    haven’t read all your blog – got here from a friend of a friend of a friend…
